The opened bifold game board measures 18 3/4" (along third base side) by 18 3/8" (along first base side).

The primary back of the game board has a red background and shows "WINKO" above "BASEBALL" in white sans serif font. Below that is an illustration of a Coca-Cola bottle (in white) with a baseball at left, a bat over it and behind the Coca-Cola bottle, and a glove in front of the bat to the left of the bottle.

At the bottom of the primary back of the game board appears, in Coca-Cola font script, the following: "Compliments of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company".

The other back of the game board has a red background and at top shows "WINKO" above "BASEBALL GAME" in white, sans serif font. The rules appear below. At bottom, "MILTON BRADLEY COMPANY" is shown above "SPRINGFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS" above |"Makers of The World's Best Games"|.

The main game board depicts a baseball diamond and outfield with home plate represented by a 5-sided piece of green felt. Various markings such as "OUT", "TWO BASE HIT", "THREE BASE HIT", "HOME RUN", etc., are shown on the infield and outfield. In centerfield, a red circle with "Coca-Cola" in white appears, with a trademark-shaped bottle of the drink to the right.
