A label is attached to the top of the long, thin horizontal box. It has a dull yellow outer border, then a white outline, then a red outline, then a white outline, with the main cover illustration inside.

The main illustration has a white background just at left, and a dull yellow tree-like illustration at right.

"Tiddledy" (yellow with black outline, then red outline, then black outline, and yellow left shadow, then black outline) appears at left on a slight concave-down curve.

"RING" (red with black outline, then yellow outline, then black outline) appears to right of center on a slant upwards.

Below, starting under the "N" of "RING": "GAME" (with the same coloring as for "RING") appears.

The illustration above, at center, and below depicts a circus scene with yellow tent at top and a circular yellow circus venue at bottom. At center, a clown (yellow billowing outfit with 3 red flower buttons in front, yellow conical hat with 3 red flower buttons) is holding a whip in his right hand. From left-of-center to right-of-center is a series of 5 pigs jumping through colored hoops, with 4 blue/white angled vertical poles between them. From left to right: yellow ring with tan pig, pink ring with tan pig, red ring with black pig, white ring with light green pig, and blue pig with blue ring.
