"Backet Ball" in red at top, curved around a large red circle over which two basketball players are playing. The one in rear has the ball, is facing out, and is wearing yellow trunks and socks. The one in front is facing toward him and is wearing a light blue tank top and white trunks with red stripe and red socks and kneepads. "TIDDLEDY" over "WINKS" at bottom in black, letters appear to be bouncing (not aligned).

Inset in box bottom laid out like basketball court, with 2 shallow red metal dishes serving as hoops on either side, plus 5 black circles with overlaid players on each side of the court, free through lines, and outside of the court are referees with various indications such as "DOUBLE FOUL" "LOSE TWO SHOTS".
