Red border. Light yellow background. Dark blue bar at top and bottom with light yellow waves. Colored winks around entire border (red, yellow, blue, green). Within is "TIDDLEY" at top and "WINKS" at bottom in dark blue. Boy at left (white shirt, long green pants) facing away, cross-legged on floor, and girl at right (red dress), kneeling on floor and shooting wink. Both sitting on large playing surface (light orange with light blue border) on floor with clear cup at center and several winks.
