Red background at top with smiling, winking blue wink with crown and arms & legs at center, holding cup and something else. Winking swishing by all around. Bottom part has blue background with "Tiddledy Winks" in green with white shadow and blue outline, somewhat art-deco.

2 natural wood depressors (6" x 7/8"), 1 blue tongue depressor (5 1/2" x 3/4")

Red cylindrical cardboard (1 7/8" diameter, 1 1/2" tall) in center of targets in box bottom. 3 regions of concentric rectangles. 2 gold-colored (2" x 1/4") and 2 silver-colored (1 3/8" x 1/8") metal dishes in outer two concentrics. Targets also marked 10, 25, 50.
