Orange border. "TINNKY WINKS" in orange at upper right. Black minstrel at upper left, with cap, green suit, tie, and holding shallow cup with winks. Yellow background at top, brown at bottom. Three white children (boy with orange hair and striped shirt, girl with brown hair and yellow dress, boy with brown/black hair) playing at lower left and right at a table with green top with box-bottom target and winks.

Metal shallow cup (2 3/8" top, 1 3/4" bottom diameter, 7/16" tall) painted plae green on top. Target in box bottom has four rectangular quadrants: upper left: 10: monkeys, "WOW!"; upper right: 5: clown with bucket, "IN THE BUCKET!"; lower left: 3: dog with top hat and cane, "THAT’S DOGGY!"; lower right: 7: 2 trapeze artists with swings, "ALLEZ-OPPS!" and "J. PRESSMAN & CO., N.Y.C."; rules at bottom with minstrel illustration at left. Separate cardboard Black minstrel (6 1/2" wide x 11" tall) has hinges on feet which are intended to fit over box edge to hold minstrel upright, and has a slice above the waist to hold metal cup. Minstrel has same colors as on cover, plus checkerboard green/yellow pants.
