"TiDDLEDY" at top, with "T" extending three-quarters down left side; letters are in yellow with red outline; dot on top of "i" consists of blue and white dots. Below is "WiNKS", colored the same including for the "i".

Outer background is white, main background in top three-quarters or so is dark blue. Background in upper left quadrant is a red circle beneath the lettering.

To right of base of the letter "T" is "MADE IN U.S.A" in blue on a white background at bottom of blue area.

Background in most of the bottom quarter is a light blue in small dots with white.

At lower left is the logo: "PRESSMAN'S POPULAR PLAYTHINGS" above "TOYS & NOVELTIES" (on a banner).

Below that at lower left is "No. 370" in blue.

In right lower right quarter is a depiction of the target from the game, in a diamond shape. It shows a cup with winks in it at center, "WINK IN CUP 50" in white on a red ring around it, and then yellow curved triangles pointing toward side midsections labeled "5" in blue in four places. In two opposite corners are quarter-rings of blue and yellow, with "10" in yellow on a red diamond with blue border, and "25" in yellow on quarter circle in red. In other two opposite corners are quarter-rings of blue, red, yellow, red, blue, red, yellow, blue, and red, with the same "10" in yellow on a red diamond with blue border, but no value labeled in remainder quarter yellow circles in corners.

At lower right is "J. PRESSMAN & CO." above "N.Y.C." in blue.

All 4 aprons the same: small red quarter-circle at lower left and lower right, each with concentric quarter-rings of blue, yellow, blue, yellow, blue, yellow, bluy, yellow, and blue.

Main background between is light blue made of blue and white dots. At left is a girl (black hair, red dress, white collar) facing right with index finger on a red wink. Clear cup is at center on a yellow curved triangular background. At right is a boy (orange hair, white shirt, blue bowtie) facing left with index finger on a red wink. Several winks are in the air.

The cardboard target is inserted into the box. There is a mottled green Akro agate glass cup at center (2 3/8" diameter top, 1 3/4" base, 1" tall).
