5 running winks with human heads, arms, and legs, with big ears. The left wink is red, the next, brown, then green, red, and blue. Their shoes match the colors of the winks.

Between the 2nd and 3rd winks, "MILTON BRADLEY CO." above "SPRINGFIELD, MASS., U.S.A." appears.

At lower left, the catalog number, "4592" is shown at lower left, and "MADE IN U.S.A." at lower right.

Clear glass cup, measuring 1 3/4" top diameter, 1 5/8" bottom diameter, 1 1/2" tall, and 1/8" thick around rim, with straight sides.

4 green felt pads, each measuring 2 1/2" square.

1 squidger (7/8" diameter, 1/16" thick) and 4 winks (5/8" diameter) each of purple, red, white, and offwhite (may have originally been yellow).
