The overall box color is yellow. The game cover has "TIDDLEDY WINKS" in red with white/black borders (plus darker tops on the "T" and "W"). The cover also shows a tan game pot at left; black, yellow, and red pads at right, plus winks. "MADE IN USA" is shown at lower left. "4105" is shown directly above. Inside the game are natural wood bowling pins.

May be from multiple sets. Large (7/8"): 1 translucent white, 1 translucent yellow, 1 translucent red, 1 dark blue. Medium (3/4"): 1 turned bone red, 1 striated dark blue. Small (5/8"): 2 white, 2 translucent white, 3 painted bone blue, 2 painted bone purple, 3 painted bone red.
