Around the center are radial trapezoidal segments, each depicting a Disney character in a pose with winks: Pluto with a wink in his mouth, Goofy balancing winks on his nose, Jiminy Cricket juggling winks, Pinocchio stacking winks, Mickey Mouse holding a yellow wink and with one foot on the "T" in "TIDLEYWINKS", and Donald Duck with a wink in a slingshot.

Long (top and bottom) aprons: red (sometimes faded to orange) background with "WALT" over "DISNEY'S" (in black, Disney signature-style) then "TIDLEYWINKS" (top of letter yellow, bottom green, with black outline);

Short (left and right) aprons: 7 winks at angles: blue, green, yellow, light blue, yellow, green, blue.

The quality compression-molded dark brown plastic pot (1 1/2" diameter at top, 1 7/8" diameter at bottom, 1 1/4" tall, with concave side) is marked on the bottom as follows: "CHAD VALLEY" around top; "REG. DES" below; "TIDLEYWINKS" above "5051" above "MADE AT" shown horizontally across center; and "HARBORNE, ENGLAND" around bottom. The inner part of the bottom side is recessed about 3/16" and curves inward (upward).

The cup fits inside the hole in the box bottom build-up, around which are two concentric rings, one yellow and the outer one red, both with black outlines.
