The cover has a white outer border and a yellow background.

"49 ¢" (black) appears on a white circle at upper right.

"TIDDLEY" appears over "WINKS" in red, at an angle at top., with a green wink entering the white target below the "Y". "1 2 3 4 5" appears in the background in various colors. Three kid's heads appear at top, all with black hair, with the leftmost kid having used a green squidger to shoot the green wink into the target, with a trail of green and blue along the trajectory.

Below the girl at right, "FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!" (in black) is shown on the "4".

At left, "1 CAN PLAY" appears above "5 CAN PLAY" (in black) at left below center.

The the right is a clear plastic cover under which the game apparatus (blue plastic container, clear top marked "IMPERIAL FUN TOY" and a crown around the circumference) is visible.
