The wraparound label has a red outer border, then white, and then black. The main cover art appears inside.

"TIDLEYWINKS" (in red with white then black outline, then spotty gray shadow) appears on an uneven baseline across the top green background. The green background occupies approximately 1/3 of the top portion of the cover, and curves down to the lower right corner. A red background appears below the green background, separated by a black line.

A poodle appears at left, standing on its hind legs on the red background, with black hair on head and tail, brown otherwise, and wearing a fluffy ringed cloth around neck. The poodle is holding a blue cup it its mouth. The poodle is casting a shadow over the red and green backgrounds.

A clown is shown at right shooting winks, wearing a black skullcap and white outfit, with big dark blue balls on sleeves and front, and frilly collar. The clown is also casting a shadow.

The logo, "The CHAD VALLEY Games" over "REGD. TRADE MARK" (in black) appears at lower left.

The box top aprons have a red background and measure 3/4" high, not covering the sides of the box bottom.

The shorter aprons (left and right) have "TIDLEYWINKS" in white on a black rectangle.

The longer aprons (top and bottom) show a line of winks of multiple colors on a black rectangle.

Red overlabel

Copy 1 includes a nicely turned wooden cup (2" top and bottom diameter, concave sides down to the protruding base, a minimum 1 1/2" diameter), with a dark brown finish. There are two protruding rings above the bottom of the base.

Copy 1 includes:

Squidger (1 1/4" diameter, quality plastic, no burrs): 1 white.

Squidgers (1 1/16" diameter, probably bone): 1 deep green, 1 deep red, 1 deep purple.

Winks (11/16" diameter, bone): 2 offwhite, 2 bright red, 2 dull pale red, 1 purple, 1 pale green

Winks (5/8" diameter, no burrs): 1 white, 2 deep green, 3 deep dark blue, 2 dark purplish blue, 1 deep dull blue.

Winks (5/8" diameter, bone): 1 eroded color green.
