"TIDDLEDY" at top and "WINKS" at bottom in red with blue outline; the letters in "TIDDLEDY" are concave-down at the bottom, and the letters in "WINKS" are concave at top.

Winks (one light green, two greenish blue, one yellow) with black legs and smiling faces (the yellow and light green winks) are leap-frogging each other.

"850A" appears at lower left.
