The top label has an outer white border, then light blue, then black.

At top, on yellow background inside yellow then light blue then black border: "S" in red with extra helix at bottom, and black outline, then "pring" in black with red shadow. Similarly, "T" in red with black outline, and "iddley-Winks" in black with red shadow. At lower left is a hand holding the metal "trigger" behind a red wink on top of the holder, all inside the box bottom. At right in the box bottom are multiple holes in a red target area. Upper diagonal background is yellow, lower is black. Along diagonal on black side are blue winks with white shadow crescents. "British Manufacture" in yellow at lower right.

Looks like labels were attached on top of a box for another product; "Pascalli Palace Mixture" is evident behind the red label under the box lid. Also, technically this game is a catapult game rather than a tiddlywinks game, though it has been classified as a tiddlywinks game given that "Tiddley Winks" is in the title of the game.
