Sky blue at top left and bottom right, clouds from upper right to lower left. "TARGET" in yellow serifed block letters with black outline, at upper left. "TIDDLY-" above "WINKS" in red sans serifed letters with black outline, at lower right. An airplane appears in the clouds at upper right, bombing winks into the cup at the center of the target, which is the target from the box bottom.

2 sides: "TARGET" above "TIDDLYWINKS" in blue with white outline, on a pea-green background, and with various winks around. Other 2 sides:"Target" in script above "TIDDLYWINKS", all in white on blue background, and with various winks and notional target at left.

The target is a box-bottom build-up with concentric circles and a 1 1/2" hole at center where the cup is placed. From center outward, the concentric circles are: red ("10"), teal ("5"), yellow ("3"), and the remaining outside to the square edge, green ("1").

Bakelite or injection-molded plastic cup (1 7/8"' top diameter, 1 1/8" bottom diameter, 1 1/2" tall, with concave sides), colored with splotches of dark red and dark brown. The cup's bottom has "BERWICK'S LIVERPOOL." around top and "2" at bottom.

One copy of this game includes the following squidgers and winks:

Squidger (1" in diameter): 1 mottled yellow, 1 solid yellow, 1 red, 1 teal.

Winks (5/8" in diameter): 4 mottled yellow, 4 red, 1 teal, 4 blue, 3 green.
