Across the top and left side are rectangles (except in the upper left corner, which is V-shaped, each with black outlines then yellow border then black outline, then red background and a white orchid (with yellow fronds).

At left, a bluish-gray circle (lighter at center and at outer edges) fills the bottom 2/3rds of the cover, "TIDDLEDY" (on a concave down curve) appears above a red flourish, above "WINKS" (straight baseline) above red flourish above "POOL" (on a concave up curve), with all text in yellow with black outlines.

The main illustration fills the right 5/8ths of the cover, depicting a family playing on a brown table with the game playing surface shown on top. A girl (red dress, white lower fringe, blonde hair, bow in hair) appears at left, with her right hand on the playing surface's launching point.
