"TARGET" then "Tiddledywinks" with each letter in a different pastel color with black outline, both words on a red sign background mounted on a wooden stake. At left is a gnome, smiling, and looking toward right, holding 3 paint cans and a large paintbrush. To right is a round table (a big mushroom) with concentric targets of green, blue, and red, with a light brown cup at center. Around table are 3 winged women, one with a tiara, two with pointy hats, all sitting on red-spotted mushrooms. Also at table is a gnome with a white beard and red outfit. Below mushroom table is grass, and there is a rabbit at bottom looking on.

"MADE IN ENGLAND" is at the lower right of the cover.
