Title is "TIDDLEYWINKS"; label on cover has green border; illustration of hand holding red squidger on yellow wink on green pad on light blue surface, with 42 additional winks on the cover; "BRITISH MANUFACTURE" on cover. Dark red underlabel on box top; dark red full overlabel on box bottom.

Cover very similar to CVG-19, though illustration has different colors and wink placements

The top label has a green outer border then a blue line, and then the main cover art inside.

The main cover art has a dark blue background for the top 1/3, and light blue for the bottom 2/3.

"TIDDLEYWINKS" (in white) appears at upper left in the blue area at top.

A reddish-white wooden cup appears at lower left with streams of winks entering and aiming into it from the upper right and left, plus winks on the playing surface. There is a hand at right holding a red squidger on a yellow wink on a green mat.

At bottom right: "BRITISH MANUFACTURE" (in black).

Copy 1 includes:

A nicely turned natural wood cup (1 3/4" in top and bottom diameter, 1 1/2" tall) has slightly concave sides leading to a base (3/8" tall, included above) that is 1/4" wider around than the side above it. Its inside and sides have a shiny finish but the cup's bottom is not shiny. Two dark brown rings appear around the base.

Copy 1 includes:

Squidgers (1" diameter, quality plastic, no burrs): 1 yellow 1 red, 1 dark blue, 1 white.

Winks (11/16" diameter, quality plastic, no burrs): 4 yellow, 4 red, 4 dark blue, 4 white.
