Cover label has a gray outer border, with the "J. W. S. & S. BAVARIA" dagger logo; box dimensions are 4 1/2" x 3 1/4" x 2". Rules not present in copy examined. The inside box build-up has two compartments, the deeper one for the wooden cup and the shallower one for the winks.

Cover similar to SPE-06 and SPE-07, with different box sizes and titles.
