On the dull red background: "tiddledy" above "winks" (offwhite with blue mesh shadow up and to the right, plus a thick black outline) fills the two 2/3rds of the cover. The "e" has a face on it with a winking eye.

On the black background: a clear (blue and blue mesh) cylindrical cup is shown at lower left. An anthropomorphic (face with winking eye, arms, and legs) blue wink is diving into the cup. Another anthropomorphic wink, in light blue with blue appendages, is winking its eye at right.2 red and 6 blue winks, not anthropomorphic, also appear on the cover.
