Square inner border with variou assymetrical devices at most inside corners and inside and outside centers, e.g. sunrise-like illustration at top and bottom and branches and leaves at left and right. "TIDDLEDY above "WINKS." inside. The "T" and "Y" of "TIDDLEDY" and the "W" and "N" of "WINKS" have trailing lines extending from letters.
