Label with white outer border. Each corner has a wink (red at upper left, blue at upper right, yellow at lower right, green at lower left). Between winks is a black and blue checkerboard pattern. At center inside a white border and two black lines is a red rectangle with "THE GAME" above "OF" and "TIDDLEYWINKS" on a diagonal from lower left to upper right, in black text with yellow shadow, and with each letter having additional spikes at its center. "TIDDLEYWINKS" has two black underlines. A simple yellow paisley-line outline is in background.

"MADE IN ENGLAND" appears near the lower right corner.

Dark brown mottled Bakelite or injection-molded plastic cup, marked on the bottom: "R. TURNER LTD." above "LONDON N.16." around the top of the bottom, and "MADE IN ENGLAND" around the bottom of the bottom. The cup measures 1 7/8" top and bottom diameter, 1 1/2" tall, with concave side from top to 1/4" from the base, where the base sticks out 1/4". The base has two rounded rings around the cup.

One copy of this game includes the following plastic squidgers and winks, which look like they were cut off rods and tumbled:

Squidgers (1" in diameter): 2 yellow, 2 peach, 2 light purple, 2 dark green, 2 teal, 2 dark red, 2 dark blue, and 2 white.

Winks (5/8" in diameter): 8 yellow, 8 peach, 8 light purple, 8 dark green, 8 teal, 8 dark red, 8 dark blue, and 8 white.

These squidgers and winks may constitute two sets rather than one.
