The wraparound label has a green background. Pink circles (with blue shadows) appear in each corner. White four-leaf clover shape in overall background. "TIDDLEYWINKS" (black with white shadow) at center, over concentric target. That target has a red outer ring (marked 20), a white ring next (marked 30), a green partial ring next (marked 60), a center red circle (unmarked), and a superimposed semicircle targets at left with the outer one red (marked 80) and the inner one white (marked 90). Four winks appear above the target in the same four-leaf clover arrangement. Several other winks appear over target rings or semicircles.

Below target is "with" above "RANGE TARGET" above "AND BOX TARGET" (blue) on white background.

At bottom, on green background: "ANOTHER ADDISON GAME" (black).

2 short aprons: horizontal yellow and black lines, with a white circle at right with "Tiddley-" above "winks" inside.

1 long apron: same as a short apron.

On left side at bottom is "BOX TARGET" (white on black rectangle with red circles and stars). Above it is a target of 6 by 7 squares, some red with white characters, some white with black characters, and the rest black with white characters. The squares are numbered as follows:

On right side at bottom is "RANGE TARGET" (white with black outline) with 5 red/white bullet holes surrounding it. It overlaps the bottom of a concentric target.

The concentric target has an outer red border, then a black ring marked 10 in white, then a red ring marked 20 in black, then a yellow ring marked 30 in black, then a black ring marked 60 in white, then a hole in which a plastic red cup is placed.

To left of hole with plastic red cup is a set of 2 semicircle rings with numbers. The outer one is red marked 80 in black, and the inner one is yellow marked 90 in black.

The red cup (1 5/8" top diameter, 1" bottom diameter, 1 3/8" tall) has a slight protrusion at the base with convex sides.

Large plastic wink with burr (3/4"): 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 green, 1 blue.

Small plastic winks with burrs (1/2"): 4 yellow, 4 red, 4 green, 4 blue.
