The game comes in a very small cardboard box (2" by 2 3/4"). A smiling pixie appears on the cover above lines radiating from the cup. The cover is predominantly blue but also has black and white.

Small, infinished wooden cup, 3/8" around at base, 1 1/4" around at top. Various winks.
