The top label on the cover has a white outer border, then black line. The top 2/3rds is medium blue, over which the following 4 Walt Disney characters are depicted: Clarabelle Cow, Minnie Mouse, Mickey Mouse, and Pluto the dog.

Below these characters is a red brick-like wall.

Between the two sections is affixed a red sticker label over the main label, with a similar red brick pattern with white separations. That label has "LICENSEES FOR BRITISH EMPIRE (EXCLUDING CANADA) THE CHAD VALLEY Co. Ltd. HARBORNE ENGLAND BY ARRANGEMENT WITH WALT DISNEY—MICKEY MOUSE LTD." (in black).

The target (13 3/8" wide, 1 3/4" tall cardboard base, Disney figures about 3 3/4" taller above cardboard base) has four cups (1 1/2" diameter at top and at bottom with concave sides and built-up bottom) of different colors, each with a Disney character illustrated behind it: green cup in front of Clarabelle Cow, light blue cup in front of blushing Minnie Mouse, red cup in front of Mickey Mouse, and yellow cup in front of Pluto the dog.

The cups and supports for cups (red) are made of wood. Illustrations of Disney characters that are attached to the wooden cups and support are made of cardboard.

Copy 1 includes:
