Left half depicts game device from box, in red, with hand at left holding a shooter against one metal loop on which a round disk (with a star on it) rests. Another hand is at right, holding a shooter after depressing the other metal loop, with a curved path of a round disk heading toward the square target at the device's center.

Wooden and metal shooting and target device (19 3/4" long by 3" wide maximum (center square target) by 2 5/8" maximum). End stands are each a black beveled piecs of word. Attached to them is a long red piece of wood (19 3/4" long). At center is a green painted box target (3" on each square side at top, 1 3/4" tall on side) attached to red piece of wood. On side of green painted box is a banner label (green background, gold lettering): "THE MADMAR QUALITY COMPANY" above "MADMAR" above "UTICA, NEW YORK". (An additional unattached label is in the box that was on the other side of the green box.) To both left and right of green box is a black wooden wedge with a metal loop (4" long) attached to each, which flexes to catapult a round paper disk.
Cardboard disks (1 1/2" diameter) with "MADMAR QUALITY CO." around top circle curve, "Disk" (cursive as on the game cover) in the center of the circle, and "UTICA, N.Y." around bottom circle curve on one side of the disk. 2 disks are pink with a star on the back with the value 1 at center. 1 disk is green with a star and the value 10.
1 1" black disk (looks like a Necco wafer, but isn't) is used to depress the metal loop to cause it to catapult one of the cardboard disks in the air toward the green target.
2 red wooden bowling pins (4 1/8" tall)/
