Label on cover has an overall pink background, with a pink outer border then black line. Filigree designs appear inside that border (though much of the outer parts of the cover are missing).

At center, in double-quotes is "TIDDLEDY" with a concave-down curve, above "WINKS" (underlined). Below that is "I. B. & W. CO." (underlined), all in black.

Wooden cover pulls out of box through the side.

Natural wood cup (1 3/4" top diameter, 1 5/8" bottom diameter, 1 1/4" tall) with extruding ring at bottom and near top of sides, which are otherwise linear.

Large wooden wink (1"): 1 purple. 1 dull red, 1 dull yellow.

Small wooden wink (5/8"): 2 purple, 2 dull red, 1 dull yellow, 1 green.
