The upper left corner shows three red triangles.

The upper part of the left side of the cover has a red circle inside which a woman (mostly white dress with orange and yellow) riding a white horse is about to jump through a large hoop held by a clown/jester (yellow outfit with orange dots and dashes, wearing a three-pronged hat) at left inside a circus ring. The crowd is in back, notionally shown in blue and white.

Below the circle with the circus scene is an image of the pot target from the game, which is round with a top wider than the base, and the inside subdivided into 4 equal sections, one in white, red, yellow, and blue.

At top right, the title, "HUP" above "LAH", appears in red with a white outline then a black outline.

Below the title, three adults are playing the game at a round table with a green tablecloth. A man (red hair, dark blue jacket, white shirt) is looking on, pointing with his right finger. To his right, a woman (red hair, light-colored clothing) is holding a squidger in her left hand, shooting a wink at the target at the center of the table. At the right side of the table, another woman (red hair, red top) is holding a squidger in her right hand on a wink.

At bottom center, "REGISTERED No. 162427" (black) appears on a yellow/offwhite rectangle that has a black border.

The circular pot measures 2 3/4" in diameter at top, 1 7/8" in diameter at bottom, and 1 1/2" tall. The side is a reddish-brown and convex. The inside of the pot is divided into four equal sectors, one each marked in red, blue, yellow, and white.

The bone squidgers and winks are provided in the following colors: red, blue, yellow, and white.

1 squidger measuring 1" in diameter is provided for each color.

6 winks measuring 9 /16" in diameter are provided for each color.
