The cover label has a green background with black and yellow ink. A checkerboard pattern (yellow and black) appears along all edges except in the 4 corners where different colored winks appear.

On the green background at upper left is "THE GAME" (black) above a yellow filigree, above "OF" (black), and then "TIDDLEYWINKS" (in black) on a diagonal from lower left to upper right. Below and to right is a yellow filigree.
