The metal playing surface has a rounded rectangular base measuring 6 1/4" wide by 18 1/2" high with a 3/8" outer lip. The background is in yellowish-white and most text and illustrations are blue.

At the base, the logo appears in a horizontal lozenge shape, "WOLVERINE" above "MADE IN" above "U.S.A.".

Above that is the metal catapult. It is attached to the base with a rivet where the catapult has a pointed end. The other end is rounded. A round hole is in the catapult starting 5/8" belong the rounded tip.

The "DIRECTIONS" appear above and beneath the catapult on the base.

A trapezoid shaped like a searchlight extends from above the directions to the top of the base, in blue.

At lower center, "JINGLE" appears to the left of the red trapezoid and "CUPS" to the right.

The catapult is used to propel winks towards a series of 3 cups. Each cup has a round open top and sides that curve inward toward the base. The first cup is a red one, which is mounted in the center of the playing surface base. The second cup is blue, and the top cup is yellow, both mounted on the base.

To both the left and right of the series of cups is a series of bell illustrations in blue. Each has two bells, one of which has a number from "100" near the red cup, to "200" near the blue cup, and "300" near the yellow cup.
