The game has a pale green underlabel and the box measures 8 5/8" by 8 1/2" by 1 7/8". The cover shows a man (black suit, shooting) and woman (left hand to head) both sitting at a table with a green tablecloth, and a man (white beard, glasses) and another man (smoking pipe) sitting at rear. The round natural wooden target has 4 circles.

Label with a wide yellow border, then red line, then narrow yellow border. The outer edges have an offwhite background, while the main illustration has a blue outer background and black inner background at top.

The title, "TABLE QUOITS" (yellow with red outlines) appears near the top, concave down. Below "QUOITS", "FOR" above "ANY NUMBER" above "OF PLAYERS" (in white) is shown on a red banner.

The target has a round (6 3/8" upper diameter, 7 1/2" bottom diameter) shiny natural wooden base top onto which a round white label is attached, with "20" at center, "PATENT No." above it in a curve and "22446" on a curve below, in black

There are four concentric black circles around it, with metal nails along their circumference and also at center with the "20" marking. The outer circle has nails into the board with markings of 13, 6, 10, 3, 13, 6, 10, 3, 13, 6, 10, 3, 13, 6, 10, 2, 13, 6. The next circle in has markings of 8, 5, 11, 6, 8, 5, 11, 6, 8, 5, 11, and 8. The next circle in has nails by markings of 7, 6, 5, 1, 6, 5, 1, 6, 5. The inner circle has nails by markings of 2, 2, 2, 2.

2 squidgers (1 1/8" in diameter) and 9 ring quoits (7/8" outer diameter, 10/16" inner diameter) are provided in red and green.
