The cover label has a white outer border, then a red line. The general background is very faint blue, made up of lines as if engraved.

The Johnson Brothers logo, "J" joined with "B" in a circle, appears at upper left, between the words "TRADE" and "MARK".

"ENGLISH MANUFACTURE" is shown at top, right of center.

The left half of the cover has an oval with a yellow border (with black outlines on either side). Inside the oval is an illustration of two men on horses jumping a fence. The man at left (red coat, blue top hat) is riding a white horse; the man at right (red coat, blue top hat) is riding a brown horse.

The right half of the cover has the title, "THE" (yellow with black outline and shadow to the lower right) above "Hunt Cup" (script in red with a black outline and shadow to the lower right) which appears over clouds (white, light blue, and dark blue made up of lines as if engraved).

Below the word "Cup" is a yellow cup with a stand and two handles.

To its left appears "An Exciting" above "Table Game." (black).
