Below, on a diagonal from lower left to upper right: "TIDDLEDY-WINKS", with a double line with dots between both above and below. The upper right and lower left corners each show a quarter circle with a sun in the corner and radiating lines.

At top, right of center is a golden scroll.

On the right side, "BY" appears above "LETTERS PATENT".

Below that is "JAQUES & SON" above "LONDON".

At bottom, left of center, "REGISTERED" (in background black/dark blue) appears on a golden scroll.

The entire cover is surrounded by a double line border.

1 finely turned natural wooden cup (2" top and bottom diameter, 1 1/2" tall, side tapers 1/8" inward from top to near base) in brown and light brown.

Squidgers (1 1/8" in diameter, about 1/16" thick), made probably of vegetable ivory, are provided in dark green, dark red, dark blue, dull dark yellow, and dull dark brown/orange.

Winks (3/4" in diameter, about 1/16" thick), also probably made of vegetable ivory, are provided in: red (5), blue (10), yellow (13) and brown/orange (4).

The yellow and brown/orange winks and squidgers are close in color.

An additional wink (5/8" in diameter, about 1/16" thick) is provided in brown/orange (1).

A yellowed white rectangular bar (2" by 3/16" by 3/8") with 6 slightly nonperpendicular slices at top is included.

Rectangular markers, each with a sand dollar design etched into each side, are included, as follows: yellowed offwhite (1 1/8" square, 10 count), red (3/4" by 1 1/8", 4 count), orange (3/4" by 1 1/8", 4 count), and green (3/4" by 1 1/8", 1 count), all 1/16" thick.
