The title, "Golfo" (outlined in red) is formed by golf balls inside the letters "G", "o", and "o"; a stick (perhaps a pin for a golf hole) inside the letter "l"; and a golf club with a bar across it forming the letter "f".

"Indoor" over "Golf" appears at upper right in dark brown.

Below, at lower right, a depiction of a golfer (wearing a white cap, dark shirt, and white pants) is holding a golf club near a golf club on a tee.

One long apron contains the same illustration as on the cover.

The other long apron contains a smaller version of the "Golfo" game title as on the cover, with "GRINNELL GAMES" below and "GRINNELL, IOWA" below that. Four boxes framed in black and red appear around it with white backgrounds: "QUICKLY SET UP" above "EASTY TO PLAY" at upper left; "A HOME GAME" above "PLAYED ON" above "THE DINING TABLE" at lower left; "MAKES EXCITING" above "PARTNERSHIP" above "MATCHES" at upper right; and "LUCK AND SKILL" above "BOTH PLAY A PART" at lower right.

The two short aprons are identical, with "Golfo" in brown at top and an illustration of a golfer (white hat, brown shirt, white pants) holding a golf club by a golf ball on a tee.

The game includes 3 sets of 3 wooden cups, finished in a dark reddish-brown, which serve as golf hole targets for shooting the wink around the golf course. Each set includes one each of the following cylindrical cups: 1 5/8"" outer diameter, 1 3/8" inner diameter, 2" tall; 1 3/16" outer diameter, 1 1/16" inner diameter, 1 1/2" tall; and 1" outer diameter, 3/4" inner diameter, and 1 1/16" tall. The 3 cups in each set fit within each other, all flush at the top.

9 pieces of green felt (1 9/16" wide by 1 3/4" high, about 1/16" thick) each have a number from "1" through "9" (in black) printed on them, representing golf tee numbers.

1 squidger is provided, in the shape of an elongated guitar pick (7/8" wide at maximum, 2 1/2' long down center) that is rounded at one end and pointed at the other. The squidger has alternating colors of a transparent yellow and an opaque/semiopaque brown. It appears to be made of celluloid.

1 wink (5/8" in diameter) is included, possibly made of bone, in a dull dark blue.

The game comes with 12 scorecards (1 3/4" wide by 6 3/8" high, black markings on offwhite paper) are entitled "Golfo Score Card" at top, "Players" with an arrow sideways below and to the left, "Hole" below, then the hole numbers from "1" through "9" reading down the left side, then "Out", then the hole numbers "10 through "18" further down the left side, then "In", and then "Total". Space is provided for 6 player scores reading down.
