The top label has a white outer border, then a 5/8" wide light blue border that has text on it, then a black line, and inside that, the cover illustration.

On the light blue border, at top: "TIDDLY-GOLF"; at left side, reading from the inside: "WORLD'S GREATEST"; at right side, reading from the inside: "PARLOUR GAME"; and at bottom: "CAN BE PLAYED ON ANY TABLE" (with all text in a white serif font).

The cover illustration depicts a room with a large table sporting a red tablecloth. A woman (long blue dress, dark brown hair) is standing behind the table just left of center, with both hands on the table. The table has a variety of game devices arranged on it.
