"HUPKINS" (yellow with red outline and shadow down and to the right) appears at top, with the "H" larger than the other letters. The background behind the "H" and "NS" is pinkish. The backgrouns at top behind the other letters is a mottled two-tone teal/blue. Below that is a yellow/orange mottled background. To its left and right is a background with black leaves over a dull purple background.

The main subject appears in the lower half of the cover: a yellow cup (concave sides) at left with a red wink in the air above and a blue wink resting vertically against the cup; a right hand at right holding a light blue squidger against a red wink on a table surface. A white wink appears in the foreground at lower left.
