Top label with white outer border then black line. The background of the top half of the cover is red, with some black dots near the bottom. The bottom half background ranges from orange to yellow.

5/8" of the red underlabel is not covered by the top label at top and bottom of the cover.

"Tidley" above "Winks" (white script, with black outline and black shadow down and to the right) appears just left of center at top over the red background.

A hand (with a small sliver of a dark sleeve, plus a white sleeve cuff) appears from the right, holding a red squidger on a white wink, aiming it toward the white cup with concave sides. 3 additional white winks are nearby.

At bottom left, the logo, "SPEAR'S GAMES" in an oval, and below, "REGISTERED IN GREAT BRITAIN", all in black.

At bottom right, "MADE IN ENGLAND" (in black).
