The cover is yellow at top and red at bottom; "TARGET" is in blue above "TIDLEYWINKS" in red. Game title on rules is in mixed case letters. The rules do not have a publisher catalog number. The box bottom overlabel is bright yellow with a linear texture. The long aprons do not have notches.

"TARGET" (in dark blue) above "TIDDLEYWINKS" (in red with blue shadow) appears at the center of the cover.

Avoe the title, winks appear in a concave-down curve (from left to right): light green, red, dark blue, red, light green, red, and dark blue. Below, the title, on the red background, are 5 winks in a row (from left to right): white, dark blue, yellow, light green, and white.

Die (1/2" cube): yellowed with black pips.

Copy 1 includes a nonoriginal, turned, shiny, natural wooden cup (1 7/8" top and bottom diameter, 1 3/8" minimum diameter, concave sides, with 2 black rings around the base. The bottom is unfinished.

Copy 2 contains an assortment of winks, many not original (and not counted).
