Eight clown faces appear on the cover.

Wraparound label. The outer border is orange, then yellow/white border.

Concentric rings appear behind 8 clown heads. From outside, in, the rings are red, yellow, green, pale blue, white, and orange (at center). Rings are separated by white borders.

The clown heads appear all around the outside border, over the rings. The tops of the heads are on the outer portions of the cover. The ones in the four corners are wearing colored pointed hats: light blue at upper left, green at upper right, yellow at lower left, and red (with a yellow lower rim) at lower right. Between the clowns with hats are four bald clown heads. The mouths of each clown have a hole in them where a ball is placed at the beginning of play.

"JOLLY" above "CLOWN" (in black) appear below the topmost clown. "SPINETTE" (in red with a black border and black shadow to lower right) is shown below. "A party game" above "for" above "two or more" appears below.
