Wraparound label. The background of the cover is predominantly blue for the skies and in the lower parts, white clouds with bluish accents at their bottoms.

At upper right the title appears as "PARACHUTE" above "JUMP" in white serif text with black outline, above "GAME" in black italic serif.

An airplane with three propellers appears at upper left, in yellow with black shadows.

Below the airplane is a parachutist in the rear, with a red-ribbed parachute balloon that is yellow on top. To the right, from center to mid-left, is a closer parachutist, angled from lower left to upper right. At the right bottom of the cover is a third parachutist (yellow helmet, red outfit, yellow straps) with his parachute lines leading to upper right off the cover.
