Top 3/4 has an illustration of a smiling man with brown/red cap facing right, with right hand reaching down to lower left corner where there is a black radio dial marked "10, 20, 50", etc. To his right is a very large light blue radio speaker with yellow at the right. To its right is a man facing left with yellow/white cap looking into the speaker. At the bottom of the cover is the aforementioned black radio dial then "RADIO GAME" in red/orange then another black radio dial, all on a light blue background.
