The top cover label has a gray background, with a white outer border, gray inner border, then white, then a think grayu line border.

"PARLOR QUOITS" (on a concave down baseline) appears at the top of the cover in red with a black outline, and with a larger "P" and "S", on a dull pale greenish (faded?) background.

The main illustration appears below (in black and white except as noted). In the center at the left is an image of a bearded man (light red outfit) holding a pipe and sittling at a table; there are also two women seated at table, the one at right with a light red dress. The game target from inside box is shown on the table, also in red. A window appears in the left background.
