The cover label depicts a variety of people playing leap-frog. At left is a policeman (blue outfit and hat) carrying a billy club. To the right is a man (red pants, green coat and hat) running. Then a man (yellow pants, red jacket and cap) is leap-frogging over a man (blue pants, orange jacket, green cap) looking down. To the right is a man (black and blue top hat, striped blue pants, long-tailed dark jacket, yellow vest) standing and holding a cane. Then there is a man (pink pants, red jcaket, gray vest, black top hat) running. Then is a man in Uncle Sam clothing (red/white striped pants, long-tailed light blue jacket filled with stars, yellow vest, red/white-striped collar, with a beard from the chin) with his light/medium blue top hat on the ground, who is crouching after a man (yellow pants, green long-tailed jacket with two red spots, green and red hat) is falling to the ground. The background shows faint trees.
