7 flags are shown at center, with the U.S. flag at left and the UK's Red Ensign flag at right. Over the center of these flags is a golden squared shield, with "FLAGS" over "OF" over "ALL" in white with black outlines.

"NATIONS" appears at center bottom, on a concave-up curve, in got with black outline and dashed blue extended shadows.

"McLOUGHLIN BROS NEW YORK." is shown at bottom in black.

48 cards are included, each of which shows a portion of a flag from a nation. Each card is 2" wide by 3 1/2" high, and has rounded corners.

Three cards match to form a whole flag for a country, called a book. On one card, the left portion of the flag appears on the right hand side of the card, along with the name of the country in stylized olive leaves at lower left, and "MATCH #" at upper left, where "#" is a number from 1 to 16. On the next card in a book, the center portion of the flag is shown. On the final card in a book, the right portion of the flag is shown.

Cards are included for the flags of the United States, Great Britain, Cuba, France, Italy, Brazil, Spain, Russia, China, Japan, Germany, Norway and Sweden, Denmark, Turkey, Switzerland, and Greece.
