The game box is rectangular and does not have a border of winks. "Boomerang Series" appears on cover. No Victrola on cover.

The top label has an outer white border, then red, then black. The background of the top two-thirds of main illustration is red, and bottom, green.

"TIDDLY WINKS" (yellow with black shadow to lower right) appears with each letter tilted a bit differently across the top. "THE WELL KNOWN GAME" (white) is shown below.

A right hand (black jacket, white cuff) is holding a red squidger on a blue wink, aiming it at the tan/yellow cup at left. A yellow wink is entering the cup from above. The hand, cup, and yellow wink have shadows. A red wink appears to the left of the cup. A blue wink appears below "KNOWN".

Smaller blue winks appear in each of the outer corners, and another one at top-center.
