Game title and illustrations are on the game cover in a diamond layout.
Cover is a label with a medium red background with black text and illustrations. The outer border has alternating triangles, with shaded ones in a dental pattern surrounding the box at top, and empty triangles between them.
The upper part of the diamond-shaped label consists of a filigree splitting out in multiple curves. On diagonal of diamond is "Conette" in red, with a filigreed "C", on a black banner.
Below that is "POPULAR EDITION." in a concave down curve. Below is a small filigree, then "PUBLISHED BY", then "MILTON BRADLEY CO.", then "Springfield,", then "Mass."

Wooden frame (6 1/8" by 6 1/8" by 1 3/4") has 6 strings each both across and down, forming target areas around 13/16" square.
Cardboard inside box bottom is a target marked with concentric squares, with 10 in the middle, then 3 (marked 4 times), then 2 (marked 4 times), and then 1 on the outside (marked 4 times). Wooden frame fits in to box bottom.
2 natural wooden catapult shooters (5 3/4" long by 1 1/2" wide by 1/8" thick), with a wooden pivot bar below (2 1/2" wide by 1/2" round, though cut off where attached to larger bar. Catapult is marked with a double black circle at one end, where the hats are placed to be flung into the air.
6 light brown conical "hats" that are shot into the air toward the target, each 1 1/2" tall and 1 1/8" in circumference at base. Each hat has a small wooden weight inside the tip.
