The top two-thirds of the box bottom has the game board, which shows a baseball diamond with peg holes at first, second, and third bases. At the lower right of the baseball diamond is the "Score" area for pegs: four holes for "BALLS", three for "STRIKES", and three for "OUTS".

The remaining part of the box bottom build-up has boxes marked A through J. A is "RESULT OF PITCHED BALL", B is "KIND OF HIT", C is "RESULT OF GROUND BALL", D is "RESULT OF HIGH FLY", E is "RESULT OF LINE DRIVE", F is "RESULT OF HIGH FOUL", G is "RESULT OF BUNT", H is "ATTEMPT TO 'STEAL' BASE", I is "TRY FOR A DOUBLE PLAY", and J is "PLAY TO HOME PLATE". Within each of these boxes are numbers from 2 through 12, each of which is associated with a baseball action, e.g. "Hit by Pitched Ball", "FOUL TIP", etc.
