The cover has a top label. The underlabel and aprons have a white background with various illustrations and phrases including "HEY DIDDLE" and "LITTLE MISS TUFFETT". The box top aprons cover all of the bottom aprons. The cover shows a clown standing on a red table holding a bag into which winks with faces are shot; another clown is sitting at the table, shooting smiling winks into the same bag at left.
