The top label has a yellow outer border, then a black line, and has a grayish-light-blue background in the corners and at top.

"The" (grayish-blue with black outline) and "Circus" (red script with black outline) appear across the top of the cover. "GAME" (yellow with black outline and red shadow down and to the right) appears below "cu".

At left, a dark gray elephant (red jacket with yellow trim and white frilly cuff; light blue pants with yellow moon, red star, and variously colored flower shapes) is standing on its rear legs, looking right, hitting a large drum (white surface, dark brown and tan outer borders) with a drumstick while holding a bell (yellow) in its trunk.

At center, a clown (pink serrated Elizabethan color, white bald head with 5 red marks on it, puffy white sleeves with red polka dots, yellow and red vertically-striped shirt) is sitting on a cart, holding a whip in his left hand, and holding in his right hand the reins that are attached to a pig (tan and brown) pulling the cart.

To right and rear of the main clown is another clown, with balloon-shaped trousers (red and white vertically-striped), yellow conical hat, very large red bowtie.

At rear center is monochrome black and white is an audience.

At right is a pink circle (with back ouitline) that has been torn open to reveal a boy (yellow hat, black shorts, white top, brown suspenders, barefoot) looking at a circus poster showing a clow (red white polka-dot outfit) with two black horses on each of which a circus performer is standing.

"PARKER" above ""BROTHERS" above "SALM, MASS., U.S.A." (in black) appears on a 3-stage banner at bottom center.
