Wraparound label with a primarily blue background. The cover is filled with a white net where the rope is shown to go through holes horizontally. Inside each square of the net is a green tennis racket at an angle along with two green balls. The angle of the racket is the same horizontally, but alternates in each lower row.

Across the center, there's a white oval then a green oval outline, and then a solid white oval, on which "TIDDLE TENNIS" (blue) appears. Below the title, "TRADE MARK REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. MADE IN U.S.A." is shown.
